Do you know what it takes to build a high-performance Order Management System (OMS)? Then you’ve come to the right place. We aren’t looking for a coordinator - we need an experienced Product Owner (m/f/d) with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands complex operational software solutions from the ground up and is driven to evolve them.

• Product Architecture & Vision: You are responsible for the functional steering of our Operations domain. You don’t just develop a product vision on paper; you shape it at the intersection of code and logistics processes.
• Deep-Dive Requirements Engineering: Since you know complex OMS architectures inside out, you will act as a professional sparring partner for our team. You transform intricate business scenarios into crystal-clear technical requirements, ensuring efficient development.
• High-Impact Prioritization: You steer development tasks based on real business value. Thanks to your experience, you immediately recognize what is technically feasible and what will lead to an operational breakthrough.
• Central Hub: You are the confident point of contact for software developers and stakeholders. You act as a translator, converting complex process logic into actionable development backlogs. 
• User-Centric Design: You consistently think about software from the perspective of the operational end-user to create tools that truly perform in the daily logistics routine.

• Deep-Dive Logistics & IT: You have played a key role in developing or scaling WMS, OMS, or complex e-commerce platforms. As a result, you navigate the entire fulfillment process with confidence - from the initial order event to the last mile. You have a deep sense of how top-tier logistics software should feel to truly inspire operational users.
• Architectural Understanding: You have a keen eye for dependencies in complex systems. You don’t just understand the functional requirement; you anticipate the technical impact on the operational process chain.
• Expert in Translating Requirements: You have mastered requirements engineering for high-end software and can translate complex logistics scenarios into precise technical specifications.
• Steering & Ownership: As an experienced Product Owner or IT Process Manager, you have learned to set firm priorities. You act based on business value and possess the functional authority to confidently moderate and defend requirements in front of stakeholders and dev teams.
• Pragmatism & Delivery: You combine a strategic entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on "get things done" mentality.
• Communication Profile: You move confidently in an international environment. Whether in German or English - you communicate at a business-fluent level and bring the necessary clarity to every coordination round.
